We are pleased to inform you that we are upgrading our network to support multiple 10G edge and distribution links. This upgrade is focused on increasing external capacity as well as ensuring we have capability to add redundant upstreams to avoid network issue which happened on 20th March 2020 after a power disruption in Mumbai DC.

In Part 2 of this upgrade, we will add additional routing / switching devices at edge and core as well as add an additional upstream to reduce reliance on our datacenter. Once Part 2 is completed, further upgrades to our network will be completed without downtime.

This maintenance will affect your Mumbai CWP Shared/Reseller Hosting and Mumbai VPS Servers. 

Maintenance Date / Time:
Sat-Sun, 3rd-4th April, 2020 Between 23:50 PM to 00:20 AM ( IST - GMT + 5:30 ) 

Maintenance Impact & ETA of Outage:
During the update process, your Mumbai CWP Shared/Reseller Hosting and Mumbai VPS Servers would be inaccessible. However, we expect no downtime during this maintenance. You may observe brief periods of packet loss as the routing converges after addition of the uplink.
