We would like to inform you about an upcoming scheduled infrastructure maintenance affecting a portion of our Los Angeles hosting infrastructure.

Our upstream datacenter partner will be performing a physical relocation of several of our servers to a different rack space within their 600 W. 7th Street datacenter facility. 

This relocation is part of ongoing infrastructure improvements designed to enhance long-term stability and operational efficiency.

Maintenance Schedule

Date: March 13, 2026
Time: 11:00 PM PDT
Estimated Downtime: Approximately 30–60 minutes
Maintenance Type: Physical server relocation within the datacenter

Affected Infrastructure

The following physical servers will be relocated during this maintenance window:

  • LA-OVZ-9

  • LA-KVM-13

  • LA-KVM-15

  • LA-KVM-16

Clients with VPS or Dedicated Servers hosted on these systems may experience temporary downtime while the servers are gracefully 

powered down, relocated to the new rack location, and brought back online.

Important Information

  • No data loss is expected during this maintenance.

  • All servers will be gracefully shut down before relocation.

  • Services will automatically restart once the servers are powered back on.

  • Our team will closely monitor the migration process to restore services as quickly as possible.
